IN SPA

Arrival:

Please arrive on time for your appointment, relax and take a seat in reception. If you are visiting Bodyfitness Wellness Spa for the first time please arrive 5 minutes early so you can fill out necessary paperwork. Please understand if you arrive late, your treatment time will be reduced accordingly.

Before Your Treatment:

Casual attire is best. Wraps will be provided for waxing & spa treatments. Disposable underwear will be available for waxing treatments if required. To preserve your pedicure polish, we suggest wearing open toed shoes.

Cancellation Policy:

Please provide us with a minimum of 24hrs notice of cancellation or to reschedule spa treatments. If your cancellation is within 24hrs of your spa appointment or you do not show up without notice the full treatment will be charged.

Gift Vouchers:

Gift vouchers are monetary amounts only. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Please note prices are subject to change without notice in which case, gift vouchers are honoured to the monetary value from the date of purchase. Gift voucher numbers are required at the point of spa reservation in order to confirm bookings.

Communication:

Prior to the start of your service please inform us of the areas you would like to focus on, and if you have any medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies and concerns.

Special Consideration:

To ensure maximum relaxation we ask that all mobile phones are switched onto silent before entering.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery:

We do our best to ship your orders as soon as possible, and aim to ship within 24- 48 hours (business days) of the order being placed.

We use Australia Post and we ship from postcode 5330. Please double check your address is correct at checkout.

Shipping Costs & Local Pick Up:

We charge a $14.95 standard flat rate.

We offer free local pickup. If you are local and wish to pick up your order please select this option at checkout. Pick up is available 24/7. Either in the spa during business hours or after hours via our secure pick up box. Contact us to arrange your preferred pick up method.

Additional Postage Costs:

Our postage fees exclude any heavy/bulky items which are subject to possible bulky item charges. In the event that you purchase a combination of items that become what we deem a bulky and heavy package additional postage charges may be applicable. This is determined by a combination of the parcel weight and size and your location.

We always do our best to secure the best rate possible for you, and we absorb shipping costs where possible to make it as affordable as possible for you too. If your items purchased are particularly heavy, you will checkout as normal and we will contact you after with an invoice for the additional postage.To check the charges of additional postage on any items prior to committing at checkout please contact us.

We use Australia Post for all shipping. Once we have shipped the item and it is with Australia Post, it becomes the responsibility of the receiver.

Whilst we will do everything in our power to assist should items become lost or damaged in transit, Bodyfitness Wellness Spa is not responsible for any items lost or damaged.
